Attorney, member of the Milan Bar Association since 2006. He has specific skills in labour, welfare and union law, regarding public and private employment, including wage, managerial, self-employment and parasubordinate employment, contracts, company regulations, staff rules and regulations, individual dismissals, relationship management between parties and mobility procedures. He deals with disputes and provides extrajudicial assistance. Moreover, he has consolidated experience in transportation law, particularly in the road haulage and logistics sectors, in both national and international contexts, and in the process, contract and consultancy steps.

Degree cum laude from the Università degli Studi in Macerata. Master’s degree in transportation, logistics and infrastructure from SDA Bocconi in Milan. PhD of Company Law from Bocconi University in Milan.

Author of publications and in-depth articles for the Quaderni di Giurisprudenza del Lavoro and Sole24 Ore group and other publications in the area of labour law. He speaks at seminars and conferences regarding transportation law at the main trade associations.
