Degree from the Law faculty of the Università degli Studi in Bari, after which he specialised in business organisation and corporate law.

He was member, as law expert, of the Ministerial Committee at the Ministry of the Environment and the Regional Committee for Labour Policies of Lombardy. Speaker in conferences regarding labour and environmental law, he collaborates with scientific journals and legal periodicals. Partner of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (Italian Labour Attorneys).
