Attorney of the Court of Milan since 2006, he is specialized in commercial/corporate law, extraordinary transactions (M&A) and contract law. He has developed his experience in the Retail and Large Scale Distribution sector, alongside small and medium enterprises and corporate groups. He also performs judicial and extrajudicial activities regarding bankruptcy, banking, labour and civil law.

Education

Degree in law from Università degli Studi in Milan, with a thesis on European Union Law. He attended post-graduate specialization courses in civil law, real estate and contract law, among which was Advanced Corporate Contract Drafting Techniques at the Università Statale of Milan.

Appointments, teaching, collaborations

Author of publications and in-depth articles regarding civil and contract law. He was teacher of the attorney exam preparation course and the “Progetto Forense” (Post Graduate Practical Law School) school in Milan.
