Supreme Court Attorney since 2008, since 2003 he has collaborated with Pepe Law Firm, where he works in the sectors of labour, union, welfare and criminal labour law, with particular specialization in subjects linked with labour in Large Scale Distribution. He has developed wide-ranging and specific skills in the following sectors: labour disputes specifically following the Cassazione, or Supreme Court phase; redundancy procedures and company restructuring; management of problems connected with collective and individual dismissals; assistance in procedures pertaining to sale of a company or its branches; union relations; food and alimentary criminal liability and occupational injury law; disputes with INAIL, particularly regarding the theme of so-called settlement. Also, he is experienced in food law, from advertising, to labelling, food safety and food criminal law

Degree in law from Università degli Studi in Milan, with a thesis on Business Law.

He has collaborated with the Chair of Labour Law of the Università degli Studi in Milan. He is the author of articles for the Sole 24 Ore Group.
