Attorney authorised to practice in the High Court, she has given assistance and consultation to governmental and non-governmental organizations in the context of cooperative development projects, as well as to international Law Firms with particular regard to securitization procedures of real property assets of the State and public organizations.
Student of Professor Franco Gaetano Scoca, Emeritus of Administrative Law at the Università La Sapienza in Rome, Marina D’Orsogna obtained a degree in law in 1993 from the Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali “Luiss Guido Carli” in Romw, with marks of 110/110 cum laude and special mention, defending a thesis entitled “Legal facts with substantive effects in Administrative Law”.
PhD in Administrative Law from the Università La Sapienza in Rome (2001), researcher in Administrative Law in the Università Tor Vergata in Rome (2001) and Associate Professor from 2001 to 2002, and having won the recruitment competition, began service as Tenured Professor of Administrative Law from 2004 to 2005.
Tenured Professor of Administrative Law at the Università degli Studi in Teramo, and since 2015 acting as the Director of the Scuola di Specializzazione in Diritto Amministrativo e Scienze dell’Amministrazione (School of Specialization in Administrative Law and Science of Administration), and was previously the President of the Nucleo di Valutazione (Evaluation Team).
Author and Editor of Administrative Law and Administrative Justice manuals, monographic studies, essays and articles in Italian and foreign magazines and volumes, Marina D’Orsogna is a researcher and teacher, and a speaker at scientific conferences at various Italian and foreign universities; she led research projects and groups, both national and international, and is a member of the editorial boards or management of numerous publications and programs of study.
