Attorney authorised to practise since 2003, he has been qualified to practise before the Higher Jurisdictions since 2016.
He has professional experience in Administrative Law and in particular in the fields of Urban Law, Environment, Contracts and Public Procurement.
At the same time, he has developed a considerable experience in the field of Civil Law with a special focus on Property and Family Law issues.
He is a trustee of the Italian Association of Disabled and Disabled Civilians of Pescara since 2007, working profitably for the disabled categories and the disabled children’ rights.
By constantly practicing A.D.R., both in the private and in the public sector, he has developed a strong predilection for agreed solutions to litigations.

He graduated in Law, with honors, at the University of Salerno in the academic year 1998/1999.
His training is characterized by a constant updating in interdisciplinary subjects between Administrative Law and Civil Law with postgraduate courses in Public and Private Procurement.

He has been in charge as President of the Italian Association of Young Lawyers of Pescara and Member of the National Council of the Italian Association of Young Lawyers, with the position of Coordinator of Central Italy and he is currently the National Delegate of the Association at the National Council of Forensic.
He has been speaker at numerous national conferences about Forensic and Administrative Law and the disabled rights. On this last topic he is also author of various scientific publications.
